suspect was detained in a fast food restaurant's parking lot. they were loitering and scavenging for food scraps at the tables. when asked to show identification, suspect asked what the word means. unusual bodily features include a slim tail covered with short black fur with a white tuft at the end and a pair of white, gold horns growing from the head of the suspect. usually seen wearing a tin pot with two holes which the horns can fit trough. skin on the left arm is purpleish in tone. suspect cannot read or write the english language, but seems intelligent and quick learning. shy in behavior when around or observed by people, but alone curious in nature.
